I'm not sure why, but just yesterday my accout seemed to have reset all the weapons I had previously back to the beginning and its starter kit. My characters were still there, but I lost my Widow sniper rifle, vindicator, and claymore shotgun, along with some lesser weapons I do not remember. Is this a reoccurring problem and what can be done to retrieve those lost items?
