I just saw the ending of ME3

and a person commented saying the following (copy/paste):

I HAVE PROF THAT ITS A DREAM AFTER HE GET HIT BY REAPER LASER. when you
charge to the conduit(blue laser) The area is clean with some rocks.
when Shepard gets knocked out by laser you can turn around and see trees
from Shepards earlier dreams. Check it out for yourself !!!

I don't really what he means, anyone know?
