Uh....Why's everyone complaining about the proc-rate on Stunning Blows?

I got it either just before Lothering or sometime while I was there, and it seems to go off at least one every 4 hits, especially on special attacks...

(On that note, do any of the scripters here know where things like the proc rate are stored?)

I'd like to find this out also. I'm pretty sure it doesn't proc THAT often for me (I'd imagine it's closer to 10% if anything).

Haha, maybe I just got a lucky streak. It seemed like half my specials triggered it, so maybe none of my regular hits did.

It seems to go off the vast majority of the time that I connect with Massive Blow.

Hmm....some people have complained that autoattacks don't get the effect, so maybe it's restricted to special abilities. Then again, that could be a bug.

According to the code, Stunning Blow gives you a 50% chance to stun on crits (with a 2H weapon).

Now that's handy. That healthy little autocrit feature of Mighty Blow and Critical Strike will be useful.



I guess the problem is the super-low crit-rate on 2H autoattacks...
