Thinking, it's obvious that the Reapers have taken control of TIM when his whole face is all covered in black reaper junk. But he did move against the Reapers in ME2. He probably has been fighting indoctrination for a long time.

I wonder what point in the story TIM is finally crushed by the Reapers. His motivations seem possible until the point where he goes off to tell the Reapers about the catalyst.

I loved his voice over at the end by the way, that part of the ending was gold. Thank you Martin Sheen.
