-Dream sequences(I get Shepard is feeling guilty, don't ram that kid in my face).
-Joker's chair(solved with a coalesed.bin I found that allows for the old "fly" command from ME1).
-Quest log
-Linear storyline(most of the mission being available post mars would be great, just like ME1 and ME2).
-Too much auto dialogue, I felt like my Shepard was really out of character sometimes.
-Squad interaction(as in actual convos, not Zaeed/Kasumi style dialogue).

And it seemed like Renegade Shepard was less of a raging jackass than before. Although...that actually made me do more Renegade things, because I wasn't murdering people for being annoying.

Other grievances: Buggy cover, sniper shots going through enemies without hitting them, characters disappearing in the middle of convos, some lines that didn't fit in certain conversations, powers not activating properly.

Bioware had this huge opportunity but didn't take it.... That saddens me a lot.
I hope for a DLC with a lot of Reaper talking and conversations!

You can get max without mutiplayer but you got to make alot of descions you might not want toav196vad wrote...
I hate that BioWare is forcing us to play multiplayer. High EMS can't be achieved in single player alone.

2: Low number of interesting side quests, scanning planets and magically getting items for doing so is boring.
3: Minor character interaction being reduced to listen and fetch, no player thought required.
3: Too linear, I get why, I just don't like it.

Note: I didn't know until later that the Tali photo was just a cheap photoshop job of a "stock" photo.

2. The dream about the kid. I DO like the dream sequence with the shadows and voices of lost party members, but that little b*stard was not a sympathetic character and I cared nothing for him.
3. Allers. If she didn't count as war assets, I would have told her to gtfo. Being hot does not excuse an unremarkable character.

1. Tali's stock picture. I didn't even romance her, but that was extremely lazy and unthoughtful on Bioware's part. I can't even fathom what the thought process behind that was.

I thought she was proportioned REALLY weirdly, too. Kind of uncanny valley in the body department. And ahaha she's only 5 points. Conrad Verner's dissertation is worth that much.

there are a few minor enmoyance (wolfenstein 3d like combat), some of the auto dialogue but really It is not even close to grievance compared to all the good stuff.

The sidelining of the ME2 crew being the main one. Though I do think that for the short time they're on screen, a lot of them get great moments (Kasumi's fake death, Grunt pwning up some Rachni).
From a design persepctive: the lack of direction on the sidequest journal entries.

i was hoping she was a romancable character but she isnt
i think a big let down was the bugs... i always got "stuck" in the ground talking to Joker it would be really annoying! and in other areas (it stopped after i got new patch thank god) I also hated how people look in weird places while cut scenes happened. dunno if thats been fixed i spacebar through all the cut scenes now just wanna finish this game again and try insanity
