I didn't use them all, but punching that Quarian Admiral was the most satisfying moment in the game for me.

Kai Leng. Would've been even better if I could break his sword and biotic punch the living crap out of him, a la Kratos. No one is more deserving of a bloody death than that smug bastard.

The interrupt for Leng was very cathartic after all his sniveling. Especially with the line Shepard delivers.

I didn't feel Kai Leng needed to be stabbed for Thane, since Thane already made a joke out of Leng on his deathbed. Wish we would of seen more of that wit while he was alive.

Using the Renegade interrupt on Kai Leng. It was made even better when she said "That was for Thane you son of a **** " Although truth be told I liked how male Shep said it. Sounded much more angry and annoyed.
Commander Shepard has way better ninja skills than Kai Leng any day XD

Killing Kai Lang was good, but my favorite was hitting that Quarian Admiral. Opening fire while I was still on board that ship. I was playing as a paragon, but once he did that, my god I was determined to kill that guy if I had the chance.

Oddly enough I imagined Shepard would punch the Quarian...in the helmet if I did the interrupt.

Punching admiral gerrel in the gut and telling him to get off my ship and Breaking kai leng sword and stabbing him.
