Ahh...so I am not the only one having access issues with the Datapad...phew. I sent a tweet to @AskEASupport so we'll see if they even acknowledge it... Couldn't get in starting around 8PM Central yesterday (7/5/2012). Reminds me of the outage a few days back too. Galactic Readiness took a big hit that time...

I am having trouble with the internet connection when I bring up GAW. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm not sure if there was a solution within this forum

The App is still down for me as well, going on 18 hours.

I love the support for it, or lack therefore of.

It's down for a lot of people right now, most likely Origin being amazing as usual.

I received a response about an hour ago after my second tweet to @askEAsupport and they said they were "investigating it". Wow...18 + hours after the fact. Apparently they must not have automated outage notification on their Origin hardware.... That, or communication internally is lacking. Where's the status board?!?

It's now stating it's unavailable due to maintenance or capacity limits. Let's hope there's a fix on the way =D

This is typical for EA apps, they tend to be well deved and made but they never have proper support.

I think they are working on a fix, give it some more time.

I was wondering about that. Kept telling me that my datapad requires an internet connection...when I clearly have said connection.

Hey what's going on with the Datapad app? The "live" friendly emails stopped coming through from my game playthrougn and now the War Map is not accessible on my ipad??? Is this feature being discountinued/unsupported since the change in points requirements to get all the endings with EC DLC?

Help a brother out!
