If it's getting such crappy support on iOS, I highly doubt it will ever get to Android.

But, if it does, we'll still be second-fiddle ruffians. XD

I'm a newcomer to the forums, is there anywhere you can post problems or do you have to go through the tooth breaking, pain in the bottom EA 'support' chat-thing?

Have posted on both EA and Biowares twitter feed, but I'm guessing they've already had the money for the game, and the app was free so they won't be that bothered.

It's coming up with the good ol' "Mobile server is unavailable due to maintenance or capacity" thing now. Perhaps we should get into a heated discussion regarding the endings to catch their attentions? =P

I am having problems with it telling me I need to be connected to the internet. So either Datapad is having issues or the internet is broken...

I get variations of these messages - no internet connection or down for maintenance/capacity. Definitely appears to be a problem on the far, not near side.

They do make you go through EA CS, unfortunately. If you make a separate thread for a tech support topic often the mods will close it down and tell you to go to EA support. I think they have a phone number for live human beings, though... can't say as to their proficiency. XD

Because they're the technological second coming of Christ. Apparently.

Though, I will give them credit: iOS is easier to develop apps for than Android. Doesn't mean I like them any more.

having same problem with the datapadd, it's telling me it needs an internet connection or something >.> It's just a crappy put-together app, I'm surprised it's lasted this long, though the constant crashes, the sluggishness, the glitches, bugs... all just make it the worst app ever lol

Datapad claims i have no internet connection went entering Galaxy at War, but i am able to get Alliance News updates. I also noticed i cant get character mail, but i don't care about that.

It's been down for me since the extended ending DLC came out. I had been going in every now and then to keep my readiness rating up. The last thing I want is to have to climb all the way back up from 50% again. This is major suckage and EA should cover their faces in shame. Shame I tell you!!!
