My understanding is Galactic readiness is to degrade at rate of 1% per day.

Yet I play all morning today, Im at 100% after first game and just enjoy the +5% exp bonus. Log out and close Origin and game for lunch and that. Come back now and login...yup 99% across board. Ive noticed this alot lately it seems i loose 1% everytime I completely leave Origin and ME3 and come back.

Is this intent or somekind of Bug?
