I'm having this problem with Overlord and Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC as well. I've completed the from Ashes DLC twice now and neither achievements won't unlock. I even made sure to specfically get all the intel to see if it would unlock, it will not. Am I miss a patch or something? (Even though I'm connected to XBL)
