Can't get 100% Paragon . . . what did I miss?

I don't understand. I played straight up Paragon, and yet at the end my rank was only about 55%! Obviously I missed somethings, but I can't fathom what. Is there a list out there for all the Paragon choices?

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Wow. Nothing, huh? Well, if this might prompt some reply, I just saw an article that stated that importing your character from ME2 can give your Paragon or Renegade score a boost. My state started at zero, even though I imported my character. Anyone have any insight into *this*?

Its not just paragon/renegade choices anymore, you get a lot of generic reputation points that fill out your meter. A lot of the rep points are gained by talking people, squadies, random NPCs, and doing side quests.

I imported my character and had paragon and renegade points.  I will say, though, that occasionally the game would register an increase in war assets or I'd use paragon/renegade responses that supposidly generate points but my character sheet or the war room list wouldn't reflect that.  There were more bugs with items/upgrades that I bought or found but never was given access too.  I've also had several of the walkby quests trigger but not be added to my journal.  Very frustrating!

I'm playing through a second time and I can't get my Paragon level up at all past what I had on my first playthrough. I'm so frustrated...can you not affect your import Reputation level?

I'll make this short and sweet.

If you imported an ME2 save and only reached 60%  of maximum reputation, you quite obviously skipped most if not all of the side quests and conversations that you find on the citadel. After each priority mission, you need to go to the citadel and use the map function (bound to v). It will give a list of each area and note people in these areas with whom you can interact (they are labeled in blue). While doing this you also need to pick up the random collection type side quests and complete them as they reward reputation as well. You should also be sure to do the side quests (Cerberus Labs, Grissom Academy, etc) that Traynor makes note of.

Like I  said, the only way that you could have that low of reputation is if you skipped the side quests and never talked to people on the citadel/normandy. Basically, after each priority mission, talk to each crew member and explore each level of the citadel, making sure to note the map for people marked in blue. Also, be sure to read your mail, it'll give you some of the side quests as well. See the link below for a comprehensive list of all side missions, but remember that you also receive reputation by just talking to people.

** Oh and to answer your original question, yes ME2 Imports do import a portion of your previous reputation. If you are imported an ME2 save with a full renegade/paragon bar and don't have any points at all when you land on the citadel to speak to  the council, there's something wrong with your game.

I did have 100% paragon from ME2. I'm talking about an import from ME3. My second playthrough's reputation meter will not change anymore.

I actually *did* do all the side quests. :( Maybe I just have to not let my reputation bar rise to max before my Paragon does?

After each mission go through entire ship and talk to everybody.
