 In the ME2 campaign you hear about Drell having kepral's syndrome because of humid climate that affects their lungs. in Dr, Chakwas report on Thane it says that he should not wear clothing that covers his chest because moisture can form and affect his lungs. The drell adept and vanguard wears the excact same outfit as Thane, so i'm guessing you have kepral's syndrome to if you play a Drell in the ME3 multiplayer.

Also both Kolyat and Feron have clothing that covers their chest.

They have the same outfit as thane because they LITERALLY have the same outfit as thane. As in, the just took Thane's model for the multiplayer character.

Same thing with the Krogan, they took Grunt's armor and stuck a generic krogan head on it.

All humans in MP have aids, all Asari are Ardat-Yakshi, all Krogan have genophage, all Turians have scale itch, all Quarians are dead and their suits are just controlled by Geth.
