Oh and there's also the hospital scene (not a weapon, but still). When Shep visits Kaidan or Ashley and he gives them a bottle or book. When I first saw this scene I was like: ''Woah where did that bottle come from!? xD'' He just puts a hand behind his back and suddenly he has the bottle/book in his hand.

It would be hard for Mirauder to stand since it was dead before Shepard went up the beam followed by Anderson

Eh, no. Though I can see how -- in the perspective of a non-chooser -- it may appear to signal agreement with him/them, that is not a strictly logical deduction. All you can safely say is that the person choosing it sees it as the best solution at hand, not that they necessarily like or agree.
