I noticed that as well. A lot more responses to people complaining about the ending thanking them for usually mentioning their enjoyment of the rest of the game. "Glad you enjoyed the overall experience" seems to pop up a lot.

Even if its insincere its...nice. A little more understanding than the mocking that has been displayed previously.

I went up to page 8 to see if someone posted this, but didn't see anything so here it is. This is the best thing I've seen all day.

@GambleMike will there be a possibility of future dlc pertaining to story and not just mp? I would love to have some more me3 single player!

@User didn't me2 teach you anything?

someone made a comment about the ending and the lack of comment by bioware. i said it would be nice if we could get something either way. Either "hey deal with it", or "we hear you just give us some time". Instead we get the "thanks for the feedback " Bot.

few minutes later the Masseffect guy replies " Possibly you don't
understand the sheer volume of comments we are attempting to reply to.
We have responded to many of them saying we are aware of your concerns
and your thoughts are not going unheard. Thank you for your patience."

I appologised to him because he's right and he handled it professionaly but that was about as close as STFU as he could get.

We all know the Omega DLC is on its way, but... this won't fix anything.
Unless some how this will fix the way the game ends, BioWare will see very fewer sales than say... Lair of the Shadowbroker
