@masseffect I loved 98% of ME3..but something has to be up w/ ending..too much talent at BW for that business. Keep my saves?
Mass Effect ‏ @masseffect
@redzppln We're keeping our saves, that's for sure.

It's obviously nothing clear, but I was trying to get SOME response..

I maintain that something is up, though.

Thanks for sharing!
I'll add it to the OP.

I guess he's trolling us with this tweet here
@ismail_elezi Yes!
What ismail tweeter was that he wanted to know if you can get 4k ems without
saying I'm writing with my handy

I am really annoyed by this whole thing, but there is a tiny bit of the cynical bastard in me laughing at the idea the Mass Effect twitter is run by like the most evil person in the whole world, having fun tormenting people and trolling. I approve of this...slightly.

The tweets that seem to give serious feedback to our real concerns in this ambiguous way, though, wow, those better be real. I can't tell. But if it's stringing along still, what's happening now is nothing compared to what will happen.

Especially if the big reveal is some kind of MMO way after your squad is dead or multiplayer junk or ME4 after Shepard leaving the ending in total suck mode.

Pro tip to Bioware: Any of those things will ****** off and enrage your customers more.

I have never been disappointed overtly by Bioware. Yes, I did not find DA2 abysmal (although not great). From the sounds of those tweets, I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt since everything else in ME3 was phenomenal.

They should just tell people what they have planned.
Whether it's MP or SP (during or post-campaign) or spin off DLC (akin to Leliana's song).

Then people won't have shattered dreams or disappointment.

I want to believe that there's something coming, but do not get too hopeful you guys. If it turns out to be just pre-ending dlc or map packs for the coop, it'll sting all the more.

There was a tweet that mentioned Mike Gamble. It said something about what they had in store, and how if we knew we wouldn't be reacting the way we were.

I suspect that Gamble is so out of touch that he thinks a MP dlc or a weapons/armor pack will placate folks.  If that is what he is thinking the frustration here will truly turn into Rage.

If he was that disconnected he would not have that job.

Here's the thing.

I'll admit, if DLC for actual endings was planned before hand, well great.  I'll take it finish off my story.

But, I'm not sure I could be convinced to come back to anything else.

How anyone at Bioware possibly concieved that this was a good way to end the series, or even with that, thought that "we actually have an awesome way to end the series, but we're not going to actually put it on the game disc" was going to work is beyond me.

Hell even if they manage to rake in a bazillion dollars, at least they'll always be known as the company that got the best deal on a soul.

You do realize that they most likely tend to support the multiplayer with DLC. That's probably what is coming.

I would love a more thoughtful ending, however I doubt single player DLC is the focus.

This tweet simply HAS to mean something:

https://twitter.com/...686320568926209

The bottom one in the original post of this topic.

I refuse to believe it doesn't meant something will change.

All that means is that they are very excited about the DLC they plan on releasing for ME3. Go back and look at Gamble's responses when people started asking about ending DLC. There's not much hope to be grabbed from his tweets.

Besides the fact he also retweeted an article in support of ME3's endings (and later deleted it).

Maybe they are thinking of putting something out there. But this isn't good proof.

If this is reality, MassEffect needs to tweet like "the endings are canon, the decisions you made matter in our opinion, Shepard and his crew are as they are, it was real. Look forward to multi and ME4 with a different cast and enemy!" If we're getting something better, stop the jerking around and tell us "we will placate all the concerns eventually."

And yeah, never sell your ME3: multiplayer probably, not story import.

You all passed this one up:

User 4: Are you holding something back, that could quell the large amount of frustration from the community, a tiny hint would be enough

@masseffect: Mike Gamble already said on his twitter, if the fans knew what was in store, the reaction would be different.

I know that some of you have your doubts, but it seems pretty consistent that BioWare will be sending something out soon, even if it is not a complete overhaul of the ending(s).

(Edit: Someone beat me to it...)

Call me naive, but this makes me think the entire "End being dream sequence" might be true.
So come on Bioware, blow us away with awe.

Like I've been saying, if this has all been a stunt by Bioware PR trying to be clever, it isn't working. It's backfiring. Thane needs to pop into the PR office and biotic pimp slap whoever thought this was a good idea.

It's hard to take their statements as trustworthy after all the other junk they've said recently, Arrow56. I'm going to need something really, really blunt and straight forward to believe it's not another misleading tweet like all the ones telling people the decisions matter.

You are not looking at it from a marketing point of view - this is mana from heaven for Bioware, we the community are ramping up the hype and mystery and they are hitting all the news outlets.

the more I think about it, the more I see it as being genius!

He might think Omega and/or other pre-ending DLC will placate people, though.

It gives hope, but they are tanking the franchise since there are people cancelling orders and returning the game en-masse.

Well if they want this PR nightmare to end then they should release something. This is like saying "Well your reaction of my party would be diffrent if you knew I would get rid of all the angery bees! Wait why are you leaving me?"

I wont fall for Mike Gamble Jedi mind trick, if they really had something in the works they would have said something by now before this becomes an even worse PR disaster for them.
