We are the shark.
They are the Guard taunting us with their fingers (Mass Effect Info).
Hopefully karma plays its part and they fall in so deep they come to the sudden realization. "hmmm...maybe ticking off our fans wasn't the best choice..."

Drawing out suffering like this? Upspeakable cruel, not to mention the ethics of selling us an incomplete game.

I think they're all right on the money. People are jumping the gun FAR too early. How long has it been since the game was out in the US?
Long enough?
A whole week? You really expect them to say ANYTHING spoilerific after a mere week?
I DEMAND IT!!
No not really, but whatever way this goes, ambiguous twitter junk isn't going to help calm people down in any great amount.

Did people forget the Masseffect Twitter account has nothing to do with Bioware? When confronted with certain statements made on the Twitter account the community managers here had no idea what was going on, they had to go and look into it. It's only there for marketing purposes, don't expect getting any real answers from there.
isn't it like official?

Anything would be better than NOTHING!
Just tell us "We are aware of the response and will make a statement at (Insert date here)"
Instead, they're coyly dragging their heels around saying "Maybe we've got a plan, but I'll never tell!"

Right now all I'm seeing is PR spin to try and deflect the anger.

Official, sure, in the sense that it's part of EA's marketing. It's not so much Bioware that is handling the account, for example the community managers from Bioware here had no idea what was going on when the Twitter account tweeted about the UK petition they launched.Catt128 wrote...

If they are doing this deliberately, I'm even more disappointed then if it was just a bad ending.

Yeah, this is exactly my view. I would be extremely happy if this wasn't the real game ending, but NOT giving us a complete game? thats walking a dangerous line. If they release an update/DLC that is free for this, it wouldnt be as bad, but still...

This is reaching Valve level of trolling. I have this image of Bioware right now:
Yeah, by that i mean that Valve tease us over and over with Half Life 3 and then it is a hatpack for TF2
