Let's rack up some statistics for Bioware to get an idea.
I personally haven't started mine yet, and I don't know when I will. With ME1 and ME2 I started a second one immediately.
So how far into your second playthrough are you?

I can't bring myself to do it, not knowing that in the end I work my tail of to protect galactic civilization just to screw it over in the end.

Still thinking it through. I'll probably wait awhile and stick to MP for now actually.

After I have soaked in the indoctrination theories, I just started it up today. Got past the first level, then stopped. I will pick it up later.
But same here, after ME1 and ME2, right after I finished once, I immediately started my second. ME3, I just couldn't start a second run that quickly.

Took me 2-3 days before I even started mine... only at Tuchanka so far... sidemissions and chatting I don't mind, but doing the priority missions is a bit difficult, mostly because I know what will happen. My headcanon's the only thing that made me make a second playthrough to begin with.

Whats the point? Theres only one real ending (well 3 variations, which i all saw at the same time thanks to a well placed quicksave). No amount of replays will change the ending, so whats the point of replaying?

Why bother? All that work to be presented with three ways to screw the galaxy over forever.

Mars. I also started an ME1 play and just finished Eden Prime.
The going is...slow.

None, no second play-through as is.

Not doing a 2nd playthrough til they fix the ending. As I've said before, there's no point as you'll get the same plot-hole filled bad ending regardless.

It will take some time for me to play any of the games again. I loved the second game, but it seems so pointless to play them right now. Had 4 completed ME1-ME2 saves ready to be imported to ME3, don't know if I will ever do this.

I abandoned it right after Palaven. Then I started doing multiplayer. I'm going to try to get back into it. The main hurdle is it's a no import run. So I lost all my weapons and armor.

I finished a second playthrough but I went through it so fast it's like it never happened. (like a 6 hour run)
I picked up the first 2 games at the same time so after ME1, I was going to play the next game like you normally would. Instead I replayed ME1 for another month exploring every little thing before moving on to ME2.

Just picked up Victus. I can't bring myself to play for more than quick bursts of ~15 minutes. All those unskippable cutscenes are definitely a part of that, though. I only noticed now, because I never tried to skip them the first time around.

I had intended to start a nightmare playthrough after my first which I did on hardcore. But, the ending has me so discouraged I really don't see myself doing a second playthrough. Which is funny because I did 4 in ME1 and maybe as many as 10 between my PC and Xbox for ME2. That's how dispirited the ending left me.

I'm a few hours into it... not really enthused about it... and I only did it to see the Liara romance (my first playthrough was Ashley).
If the ending weren't so discouraging, I probably would have finished a 2nd by now, and very probably started the 3rd.

I started it and then instantly turned it off.
I tried turning on ME1...turned it off too.
It just makes me sad.

It's hard to admit it to myself, but I don't really have the heart for a second playthrough right now. I have two aborted attempts at it, one from another ME2 import and one New Game+, as well as an aborted attempt at a new Shepard in ME1. They're all stalled at less than an hour in.
