When I first started playing the multiplayer I bought a spectre pack with bioware points and received a Widow sniper rifle. Shortly after I saved up enough money to buy another and I received another Wdiow rifle, however, I never received the upgrade, my rifle is still at level 1. Also, I cannot change any of the add-ons to it (seems like my others are bugged as my assault rifle said I had a stabilizer but no picture and I don't own the item). and my max ammo went down from 11 to 7.

What happened?  Why did I  not get my rifle upgrade, why are my add-ons bugged and what's with the ammo glitch?
