If you have G4 watch Attack of the Show right now... they're including a segment on the petition to change the game later in the show.

This is a pretty big cable show so no matter what this is giving us a lot of exposure.

Edit:

They mentioned all of the polls and fan pages, as well as linking to the FB page. Sara Underwood presented our argument of how the ending was out of character for Shepard.

Overall, positive.

Video coming soon?

I don't have G4. Please let me know what they ultimately say.

I'm watching... I'll bump the thread to summarise what they say. Hopefully they support the petition but maybe they won't. Either way... publicity.

AOTS usually wavers between reasonable and nitpicky. My guess is they will either call us "Entitled Whiners" or take the "I can see both sides" stance.

I'll be watching this thread. Good to see the desire to change the ending is gathering influence... Our own military buildup, if you like. :D

Yeah, regardless of what side they take hopefully some depressed ME3 vets will see this and take note.

I have a strange feeling it will sound a lot like the IGN video

Remember, we don't have sponsors, we don't have investors. We don't need to keep a good public image, we just need to keep a public image. Despite whatever side they come down on, its publicity. And the more we get, the faster Bioware needs to do damage control.

Kevin Periera seems to be a reasonable person, but he is a little opinionated.  I think he'll swing one way or the other...

We aren't giving them enough money.

I agree with the rest of you, the fact that it's news is good for us at all. It's amazing this has more traction than just "fans are super unhappy."

Regardless of their opinion of us, the fact they are even acknowledging us is good news. it shows we're making an impact.

All troops, hold the line!

Hopefully they don't throw every into the same barrel and acknowledge some fans are unhappy due to the mass amount of plotholes not because Shepard can't ride off into the sunset with his waifu.

Holding the line. It is good publicity  if they even mention us. although I doubt they would support us the are too commercialized now and really haven't been taken seriously in years.

$10 says the word "Disney" gets dropped somewhere during the segment.

Exactly. I hope they actually did some research instead of their producer just coming along with, "hey read this Kokatu article!".

"Disney"

"Entitled"

"Whining"

Also comparing changing the ending of Mass Effect 3 to some other irrelevant art form.

Couldn't possibly imagine why.

Colin Moriarty has always been an... ahem... cloaca. Well before his job at IGN, and well into it. He'll take unpopular stances simply to get the feeling that he's smarter than everyone else.

Kevin may side with us, he was very outspoken over AT&T's stance on smartphone data plans. I'm not watching the show now but I have the twitter feed up.

Remember people: HOLD THE LINE

And also traffic. That's how these people measure their self-worth after all.

He also enjoys jump cuts, and walking to destinations by the look of his video.
