First issue: Disc 1 has been in my Xbox for roughly 95% of the game. The game has prompted me ONCE to change discs fairly early on for maybe 1 mission and then it never asked me to do it again. I'm at the end of the game and have changed my discs once. I have done a ton of side missions too. I don't know what content is on which disc but it seems strange to me that the game has never asked me to switch discs.
Second issue: I am currently stuck and unable to finish my game. I'm on Earth, in London. Just took out the Hades gun with the Cain heavy weapon and then nothing happens. No enemies trigger and there is no place for me to go. Pulling up the menu to load a previous save or to restart the mission freezes my disc and I have to reboot my Xbox. I have tried restarting the mission and going back to a previous save maybe ten times. I've switched out henchmen, I've waited and made sure I didn't miss an errant enemy somewhere. The game simply will not progress beyond this point.
