BioWare is aware of the cheating that is occurring in multiplayer. We believe our multiplayer mode is a valuable addition for our fans, and we hope you are having just as much fun as we are while playing co-op with
your friends.
For our fans, we acknowledge that some people are cheating. We are actively monitoring server logs since the Demo of Mass Effect 3 and when we find obvious signs of cheating, we are acting against those individuals. Our focus is to remove the type of cheating that is detrimental to the honest fans.
To some of you, it may appear that we are not doing anything against the cheaters. This is not true. However, we are being careful to ensure that the individuals flagged as cheaters are clearly and repeatedly cheating. We do not want to act against honest people.
If you feel your experience has been affected by playing with a cheater, please send us a message at me3mpcheaters@bioware.com. Please also add the Origin ID/Gamertag/PSN ID of the supposed cheater
along with the time of your match(es) with him and why you think this user has been cheating.
We appreciate you help and patience with this matter.
I'm glad they are addressing this important issue... now how about addressing the thousands of people that have currently lost out on both dozens of hours of playtime and (collectively) thousands of dollars in Bioware points/Microsoft Points/Dollars spent on Spectre/Vetran packs that have been wiped out by a glitch in Multi-Player. For 1 week people have been reporting this bug, and all we have recieved in response is "yep that's a glitch, we'll look into it".
I'm more concerned about the cash being spent for a service that isn't rendered than whether people are cheating against bots to pad their N7 score and the items in their inventory. Hell half of them can be taken care of without BioWare doing a thing, as they will most likely be hit by the glitch at some point.

Is that mean we can do basics tweaks like changing the fov or sperate the sprint key from cover/use in the Bioinput.ini without getting banned?

How are people cheating? In what way?
From a game I played today, the host (and only she) had zero cooldown on her abilities.
Also, all enemies had basically zero health/armor, once you took down their shields (if they had any) they died.
Got screenshots and video of that, but I dont really feel like helping EA, not obligated anyway.

He got an Avenger IV without mods, and the fire rate of that thig was like a gattling gun!!! Never saw something like that!!!
He also never reloaded and never went out of ammo... And even the sound was annoying...
He killed a g-prime in silver in 5 secs with that thing....
I junst cant remember his name....and when the match finished i had time just to check his weapon before he got out...

Omg... The guy killed the first 3 waves alone in my game... No fun...
In your game the sound of the avenger was like a super SMG???

I wouldn't call that a hack, but a patch to fix the mess called random unlocks.
Same thing for the freaking spacebar. That damn thing is more dangerous than enemies in my experience, it nearly always executes the wrong command.

Good question. It's sad that the community has to fix these issues themselves because BW apparently have forgotten that the PC has more buttons than a controller.

I would suggest inspecting some of the people on the top of the Leaderboards. I got a Rating of 197 and am playing since the 5th March all day long (haven't touched the singleplayer). Yesterday on the Polish Leaderboards for PC the first guy was around 260 (today he's ~300) - I'm pretty sure he is legit, 'cause I've been watching he's progression constanlty.
having that in mind someone new appeared on the top with a whopping N7 Rating of around 1100. Overnight. Unless he spent over 500$ buying packs with Bioware Points there no way he did not cheat. He would probably would have to spend at least 30 hours clicking on Spectre Packs and Promoting his characters time after time.
Considering that three or four last levels of a class require 500k xp per level and the highest xp u can find in a Spectre pack is +100k xp do the math. I think it's possible by now to have a Rating of +500 if u spent some money AND played all the time. If u just played all the time around 350. Had I promoted every time I'd probably would also be close to 350. But who really does that - most of the "normal" players want to enjoy some Gold matches with their 20lvl characters for a bit.
Keep in mind the game has been out for less than ten days... After a month the line will get real blurry. I'd investigate now. I hope there are other methods the devs have at their disposal as well (logs etc.)
On a side note about 5 days after the release one of such players joined my lobby and I politely asked him how in the world does he have N7360 and TWO ultra-rare weapons of level 10. I asked that he leaves if there is no reasonable explanation which he did immediately.
Hi Diablerist666,
Please send us an email to me3mpcheaters@bioware.com. with the Origin ID/Gamertag/PSN ID of the supposed cheaters.

You guys ever going to get around to answering the hundreds of people that have lost items and characters? You know even just the tiniest update so it doesn't feel like we are forgotten? A little customer service?

I would had i remembered his Origin ID. I'm going to write down every subsequent case that is VERY suspicious and blatant though.
Regarding the Leaderboards (I'm sure You got access to those) the person that appeared in the first spot overnight in Polish N7 is still in the first place currently with 1182 score and 12th in the global one for PC.

I`m too scared to play multiplayer becaus I`ve heard of people getting banned just becaus they were unlucky and got into hacked lobbies.
ONLY ban the douches who hacked the lobby.
Well those people were playing on Xbox and PC, no idea if it has happened to PS3 gamers.
