I imidiatly wrote to the EA HELP CENTRE but they can't help...

I achive so much in the game you should just take off my money and some equpments and my exp for those mission, but you should unban my acaunt. Please.It isn't my blame!

Sorry - maybe it's the language barrier - but you knew your friend was cheating, you got a ton of money and experience (from cheating with your friend) and it wasn't your fault?  And you're upset because they banned you for cheating?

I also stop getting the bonus ammo at the end of the wave, so depending on the weapons I'm using, I can run out pretty quickly, or I have to finish off the remaining several waves with just one load of ammo. (24 shots on a Talon over five waves! Woo!)

I've heard that that can mean that the host has some kind of cheat going on. Is that the case, or is this a glitch? I've seen some weirdness with the hosts in these situations, but they either weren't competent cheaters or were savvy enough to prevent me from determining for sure.

Never heard of a cheat with this, but it has happened to me when the game is laggy.  Sometimes even an ammo pack will take some time to work.

Since I play on xbox (amking hacking the game much harder) and have run into the ammo box problem myself, I'm going to assume it's a glitch. When I've had that issue I've had some seriously ridiculous lag going on and a large assortment of other problems. So yeah, I'm guessing glitch.

For other peoples benefit in this case I was allowed to keep my credits, however I strongly advise you don't do anything with them until bioware give you some sort of confirmation.

That had occurred to me, but it's odd because when it happens, I'm not suffering from other lag-related issues like enemy/player ghosting, bad targeting, or slow server response to the game or my actions. It's just the ammo. I can use my powers and they work just as they do when I'm not having this problem. Whenever I try to use my emergency ammo packs, it shows up as used but my ammo is not replenished. (That is, I have one less but my ammo does not change.) It's not a display problem because if it shows me as out of ammo, I won't be able to reload.

And the ability to obtain ammo from the containers never comes back. I admit that I usually quit when I see this happen, but when I'm at the eighth wave or later, I try to manage as best I can. And it doesn't usually affect my teammates. It had occurred to me that it could be the host messing around with ammo properties or something.

I for one would really appreciate it if Bioware could post a sticky on all the things that are considered to be cheats. A lot of us don't know what to look for and a lot of us don't know about all the cheats and that can cause some people to unknowingly end up in a game where one or more of the other players are cheating. What happens then? Do we get banned even if we did not even realize the other player(s) was cheating? So please Bioware could you post up a sticky of what we should look out for so that we can know when it's time to leave a match so that we don't unknowingly end up in a cheating match? Because of all the glitches in this game it is very difficult to know when another player is actually cheating or if it is just a glitch that player is experiencing. So please post up a list of what is seen as cheating.

I've had the same thing. In a PC silver game (who cheats in silver?!) I'd been dropped into. I didn't like the look of it and just quit the game.
I don't know if it was a cheat or a lag thing either.

There are some things that are obvious and you know instantly if you see them. Like for example if I see a guy kill a full health/shield Phantom on GOLD in a few seconds with a Predator pistol then I'll know something is up. But what about the things that are not so obvious? Like some players giving themselves more ammo than they should have? I never even knew about such a cheat until I read about it on this forum and I don't watch the characters of my squadmates like a hawk to see what is going on every time they reload. But after hearing about the ammo cheat I now know to watch my squadmates and see if they ever go for ammo or not. Also, like I've already said, this game has so many glitches it's hard to tell when what you are seeing is a player cheating or a player that has run into a glitch. Which is why it would benefit the entire community if Bioware could post up a list of everything that is regarded as cheating. That way we all will know exactly what to look out for.

I just think it's rather unfair if for example you get banned for having been in a match with a cheating player when you did not even realize he was cheating. Because of this I'm going to be vary wary of every game I join now. From now on if I see anything strange I'm going to leave the match. I'd rather be paranoid than to get banned.

Yeah, it was in a silver game for me as well and I had precisely the same thought. Maybe they think that people playing on silver won't notice?

Just got dropped in Wave 3 on Gold and at first I thought this guy was simply soloing it....

Then I noticed that somehow, with an Avenger, he was actually killing Atlas AND phantoms inn less than 1 clip...yeah..that's kind of obvious...

When it happen to me I step back, fire one round and go again to the box, help 90% of the times...

Seriously, I think in Bioware are very lazy, because the rocket glitch is STILL working. I'm not going to complain more, it's useless. I will play this game with friends and only with friends.I'm very angry with the vanguard glitch, in Bioware doesn't know how to fix that glitch, the waterfall in Hydra, the invincible shield...This will be my last game from this company.

Edit: Oh, and I'm very angry with the ''EA server down'', I've lost today about five equipment at level four. Who is going to give me back all of that? This is bull****

Seems that his coal file has been editted, he could one shot anything with warp. (DMG values editted).

Luckily I had fraps going. Report being sent/uploading vid now. Bye bye cheater!

Came across a missile glitch during a bronze match, the kid was even explaining how to do it and what website to go to to another player, needless to say i reported the glitcher, and hopefully the other player did too.

I thought the missile glitch was fixed ??

oh and this was on the PS3

In Bioware are very lazy, I'm tired to speak about this. The rocket glitch IS NOT FIXED, they ONLY decreased the rate of fire of the rocket. If the rocket glitch is still working in PS3 (even in bronze, in XBOX only worked in Gold) this game is a bull....I know is working in xbox, but for what I'm reading I can see is working in Ps3 and is very probably in PC too. It's useless complain about this, in Bioware are not working to fixed ANYTHING. The vanguard glitch is still working and a few dozen more. Ah, I'll say something more: The game has been completed only by 42% of the players, the other 58% NEVER completed the game.

The missile glitch was 'fixed' by adjusting some of the supporting data files like all the other balance adjustments; this let Bioware address the issue without having to submit a code patch, which takes lots of time and money. They reduced the delay for the first missile firing so people couldn't swap back to their rifle in time to exploit the glitch. Guess it wasn't fool/cheater-proof.

Well, maybe I was wrong because I was watching my ''teammates'' killing everything with rockets in platinum and we got the full money and Exp and full extraction in 10 minutes. Those three were reported when I finished the game. I didn't leave the game sooner because I wanted to use my equipment at  level IV.
