Just saw someone doing the same thing -- asked him why and he replied "GTFO." Then he sent another message saying I should thank him for the easy credits. Yeah, thanks for cheating, buddy -- I love assists!

Shooting any unit with armour was instant killing them, shields / barriers were ok but as soon as you hit armour the enemy died (e.g. on praetorian) I clocked out on wave 6.
Frapped it.

I don't really understand why people are upset about people cheating in a non competitive game. You kill bots, over and over again. I mean you get some banners and achievements, but it's like me playing skyrim and modding it so im superman and i go around killing all the mobs, then get some achievements. Does that bother anyone else? why get upset at how some people chose to wipe the floor with some bots to vent out some frustration.
I agree with you.. but its ruining the player experiance.
Know what ruins the experiance more?
Getting banned from a game cause your sibling was exploiting and unlocking everything on your account.
I come home to this surpise.. Im feed up with the run around Im getting from EA support for the past several monthes so I came here.

I'm just gonna put in the E-Mail in on AOL.com or something... Good-for-nothing missile glitcher's gonna get what's coming.
I think that did it...

I had that same game as well when I joined a random game yesterday, but I stayed til the end so I could see who was hosting. Surprisingly, the person who was modding that game on PC just posted in this thread.biscuit-star wrote...

Total playtime: 45+ hours
Number of matches: 676
has completed Lone Wolf challenge 39 times
40 Platinum solos,
80 Gold solos
and a lot of Bronze and Silver
Total number of rivivals: 1
Total number of tech explosions detonated: 1
Total number of biotic explosions detonated: 1
But hss completed challenges for Warp, Throw, Shockwave, Energy Drain, Incinrate, Overload,Cyroblast..... yet only managed to do 1 biotic and tech explosions???
Eventhough he has played all these Platinum solos, he has not completed any of the faction Challenges (geth, reaper, cerbrus and collector mastery).
I think he has found a way to send bogus info to mass effect server regarding a match, which results in this manifest.

Host was Snow Leader, or Snow Leopard? I didn't get a good look, he left the instant the mission was completed.

I don't care if people do that on Solo or just cheat to increase their points spend on lvling or maybe even cheat the system with receiving all Weapons on lvl X, but if you are playing Multiplayer Platinum and are having a hard time to kill all those friggin Dragoons(which are imho worse than banshees) with an hard earned Harrier X and suddenly somebody joins with an Avenger and goes killing everything in sight even through big walls it totally ruins the fun of the match for the other players. And if you can't understand that you cannot consider yourself a real player.Smashbuttons wrote...

Basically Bioware has bit off more than they can chew and the Singleplayer Story/Campaign is going to suffer for it.
Im a huge fan trust me..... and im mad... i have the right to be. I have bought every Bioware game made ........................ and i noticed quality starting to dip in areas cause they are trying to get into a market that have no business attempting if they are not ready.
You think the multiplayer in this is going to stack up against COD or BF3....... thats what people are interested it..... they will get bored of fighting bots and the multiplayer side of this will die
I promise you that...........................................
Wow, you really are a terrible prophet.

Its absolutely -not- like you playing Skyrim and killing all mobs easy peasy. In Skyrim, you play -alone-. Mass Effect 3 multiplayer is with other human players. You are violating terms of agreement, ruining other players experience, possibly getting other players banned unfairly, earning items and achievements unfairly which then will be used playing with other human players. That is an unfair advantage and imho on top of that an affront to a community that has people playing, having fun and earning every single credit '' the hard way '' to spend on items.
Even though i dont see it that way, one could make a case for the multiplayer part being competitive. Still, i find the reasoning that a non competitive game should have cheating allowed odd.
If this would all be in an offline mode that could not be translated to an online part, then it might not be that bad, as this would be for your own amusement. As soon as other human players are involved or might be involved, cheating is a no go in my book.
No idea why this concept is foreign to some.

bet you don't complain when you ease through s difficult section because he, "glitched". Or i bet you aren't whining when after the game you see you earned quite a profit from the, "glitcher" doing all of the work.
Actually, part of the fun for me is to fight the odds and win. A sense of accomplishment, so to say. Whats the fun in being untouchable?
What is stopping you from just not playing with that group, nobody is pinching you exclaiming, "You have to play with this ****ing glitcher or else!" Grow up...
It might not always be apparent right away in the game. Not sure where '' ****ing '' enhances your point. And id say growing up has alot to do with learning how to deal with things in life, work hard to earn what you deserve. Growing up in this case has alot to do with not cheating, actually.
Or you could just stick to the game and take advantage of the opportunity, and go on your merry way.
This is violating terms of agreement, a bannable offense and it would personally make me a hypocrit if i would do this. I refuse to gain by cheating.
Because you sir are now ruining my Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer experience by complaining that this is a real issue and that it MUST be dealt with.
It is being dealt with by Bioware, so at least -they- think it is a real issue. Other than that you could take your own advice regarding the complaining on the forum and '' What is stopping you from just not reading those threads ''.

Obviously the cheat mode shouldn't give credits or exp.
Once in a while I do enjoy being insanely op and just endlessly killing virtual abominations.
