If you took a copy for yourself it will appear in ME3 and you get to use it on the citadel.

Mass effect 3 Related.. Since they dont have a thread yet.. or maybe they do.. but I couldnt find it.. anyway remember the Shepard VI? IF you take a copy of it instead of money it makes a reappearance in Mass effect 3.
