I've just spent loads of time fannying around with the demo of that KoA demo. Both the armor and launcher were announced as unlocked. Now, from what I read they are supposed to show up on my 'registered items list' in the Origin game launcher program somewhere, but I can't find a menu option in that program to take me to a 'registered item list' page so I'm a bit lost.

Does anyone know where I'm supposed to be looking here? This is far tougher than it should be. Hiding the options this well can't be a good idea...

Help me gaming gurus, I need you.

I believe you just click the "i" icon on Mass Effect 3 in Origin, and it'll show you all your add-ons. It's next to the cloud icon.

it doesn't show up for me either (in origin), but both items are in the game (you need to be logged in with the ea-id that unlocked them). You'll need to read your mail on the Normandy to have them appear.

oh, and, they should also appear here under your Profile-Registered Game Content

Thanks loads for that tip. I have now confirmed they are registered on my Bioware account. Perhaps at some point I'll get more than 5mins to myself and be able to use them in-game. ~

@Handmade: Sorry mate, I can confirm that clicking the 'i' in Origin reveals nothing about these add-ons. It is only through the Bioware account that they show up. Thanks for trying though.

Yes, I'm also having an issue with the Chakram weapon and Reckoning armor not showing up to be downloaded even though it's under my registered game content tab here.

I have the armor in my game but not the chakram... Did I not unlock it, or what?

Also, they aren't downloaded, they are already in the game, just have to be unlocked basically. I got a message on my terminal that basically said some fans had sent me this armor, then I found it as one of my options at the armor locker. It's called "Reckoner-Knight" and it's kind of a blue spikey armor that is kinda more fantasy that sci-fi, but still looks cool.

But again... the chakram... I don't seem to have it.

EDIT: AH I didn't keep playng for the full 45min after I finished the tutorial...  ok back to play it again lol

When I click on "More Info" for Reckoner Knight it tells me to go into Origin and then it will automatically install it.  Which, as I said, as near as I can tell the stuff is already on the disc, just has to be unlocked by playing the KoA demo.
