[Dreaming Dead]

I'm really desperate into finding out when the soundtrack is going to be released. I know it's nothing related to story and campaign but I'm being ignored in General Discussion so.. anybody could tell me? Is the soundtrack going to be released for those without CE or will it only be available to them??
