The Advanced Search Members (http://social.biowar...?cat_selected=1) search box doesn't provide the option to search on a Username only by First Name and Last Name.  Additionally it doesn't provide the option to sort by any of these fields.



If you are trying to find someone you are more likely to know their username (or a version of it) and/or their real name than the last time they were active or when they joined.  Adding these would make it easier to find people.
