 I beat the game once, started ng+ on insantiy.

Wondering if I can just blitz through the main quest right up to before the assault of TIM's hideout.
Will all the other side missions still be available to me or do I have to do them as I go along?

I don't want any of them disappearing as I want the best ending I can get this time.

grissom academy will fail after the Cerberus attack on the Citadel. Not sure about the sidequests on the Citadel and the "support this-or-that-NPC" on the Citadel.
It would probably be best to complete all available Sidequests before advancing the Main Quest.
