Because I see three doors, and behind each door lies a different color orb that blows up the ME gates. Other than that, everything's pretty much the same.
I took 7000 and some change in war assets, and my ending looked pretty damn similar to several endings I saw on Youtube, one which was labeled as the "worst possible ending", and the guy said he only had 1600 war assets or so. Admittedly, his earth got scorched and mine didn't.
So... 16 endings? Or more like 2 with three different colors?

So is there any point at all to the amount of war assets you bring?
