For those of you fortunate enough to be playing ME3 on bigass monitors/TV screens, take a close look at the 'child' standing next to the Stargazer.
His proportions are exactly the same as an adult. They just took the lazy route and shrunk him instead of using an existing model of the starchild. He looks disturbing and disgusting.
What a great way to end ME3.
And they still had to cut corners even in the final (Stargazer) scene. FAIL.
