He sounds like a politician. Use lots of words and completely avoid answering the question.

This isn't a David Lynch movie. You need to at least be able to explain what happens after the end. Thats all I'm asking. Just explain to me what happens next. You don't hafta change the ending, just tell me what happens to the squad mates and the galaxy. That is probably the most basic request in the world.
The difference is you go to a David Lynch movie to see a hard to interpret largely symbolic film. You play mass effect so your decesions can build your story. Not so the devs can cop out at the end with the "what is your favorite color?"

i can't believe there are people that still believe these are the final endings. once again he's trying to avoid the question because shepard's being indoctrinated at the end and you have to choose the destroy option at the end to beat it. they aren't ready to reveal this yet so they keep dodging the question. it's so frickin obvious.
people keep saying this but prove it. thats all conjecture right now, its obvious they think they've done something amazing with these endings and theres a GOOOOD possibility we're stuck with what we have right now....
/facepalm

This just proves that the endings are carefully manufactured and crafted in a way so that more questions are asked than answered in hopes that the fans will find closure via forming different interpretations. There has always been a little bit of mystery
there and a little bit of interpretation, and it’s a story that people
can talk about after the fact.
Otherwise described as Lazy.

I think this Image pretty much sums up how screwed we were from the begining
This image is misleading and Casey Hudson is completely correct.
There's only one ending - it just comes in three colors.

"How closely do you keep track of the fan reaction when it comes to that kind of stuff?
Oh, we pay very close attention to it. It’s very important to us and we
will always listen to feedback, interpret it and try and do the right
thing by our fans. That’s why if you look at Mass Effect 2 we
knew that people wanted to spend more time with a character like Liara,
and so we created an ongoing storyline with her as part of the comics
and then built it into the DLC stuff, and we’re always listening to
fans. We have some really great multiplayer content and some really
great single-player content coming over the air, and their feedback will
become part of how we design that."
Key part being: "........We have some really great multiplayer content and some really
great single-player content coming over the air, and their feedback will
become part of how we design that"
So a new ending then?

With regards to my money, Casey... from here on out...
You get NOTHING. You LOSE! Good Day Sir!
100% This. I already said it in the 'So We Can't Get The Ending We Want?' Topic, as well as sent it to EA/Bioware as a complaint, but I'll say it again:
Until this is resolved in a way I feel that BioWare shows they have some degree of customer care skills, EA will not recieve any more of my money. Which is a darn shame - I was starting to warm up to Origin and to EA, as they're one of the biggest Co-Op gaming companies I've run into in a while.
Cancelled SW:TOR.
-Will not be buying any further games, Pre-Order cancelled.
- Will not be buying my friends any further games. I love them to death - but really, I won't be helping my friends (I've bought like, 5 games for friends now at Retail full price. All profits going to EA/company)
It's an insult to me as a customer, and until they stand up and own up for it, instead of infinitely trying to circulate me, I won't be standing for it.

You don't get ahead in the business world unless you know how to kiss a lot of rear-ends, choose your words carefully, know when to keep your mouth shut, and make sure you're number 1 priority is the financial bottom line.
I really have to shake my head at all the people on this forum that truly believe BioWare cares about you.

I think what I’m most proud of is that we’ve told a story that will be remembered. I think so much of what we set out to do was create something that would be a memorable experience for people that they would think about after they played it. There’s so much throwaway entertainment out there. I didn’t just want to make something that was essentially the videogame version of a popcorn movie. I wanted to make something huge and exciting and the biggest thing possible that felt like a blockbuster and had that big action science fiction feel.
That is another qoute and seriously WTF. He did not want a throwaway popcorn game. This ending made the game just that. Seriously what a stupid tool that guy is. I don't follow this well but tell me that it was not one of the main people saying that.
Bioware took everything that made the games great out WTF. No continuity since many characters will not even import right. Not only did my character not look right some of his actions were different. Such as saying legion died no he did'nt. Or the game also said that most of my ship crew were turned into reaper juice also not true. Miranda was also very much alive when in my game she was alive.
It even said those details were intact before I started but then the game messed up.

I'm not encouraged by this, but look at how cautious and inconclusive it is. It sounds a lot like the sort of thing you might say when you want people to think their opinions don't matter, that they're not having any effect, while in reality you're at least feeling it.
We can't stop now, just because of some ambiguous statement in an interview.
What's more, if you thought you could change BioWare's mind before, how is it any different now?
Now is definitely the time to hold the line.
Yeah actually screw it. I'm going to try harder to make people more aware of this, and try get people to support the chairty more.
Hes playing mind games, trying to make us feel like hes unaware of this all.
I beg you people

If he said 'oh well we screwed up the ending' then it would be official and sales drop even more.
There is money to be had and if you act as if everything is like it should be you sell more than if you say 'oh well there is something wrong with our product'.
