I have nothing to say, that has not already been said, far more eloquently (and humorously) by many others.

But I wanted to add my support to this thread and do my bit to "hold the line."

Bioware, you blew it; 'fess up, we won't hold any grudges as long as you give us the endings you promised. But denial is not helping.

Maybe we just have to help you go through the "Five Stages" or something but the sooner you admit the problem the sooner you can start fixing it.

Until then, this particular cash cow has just dried up. No more money from me for any Bioware product.

To be honest though. He's on record in an official interview.

He literally can't say anything bad about the game or he could lose his job, not even a hint.

And that's about the only slack I will cut him on this matter.

We are not debating what the ending means. DAMN. After all that weve done it seems like bioware/casey doesn't even understand what we want. No wonder they kept disappointing fans.

There is no excuse for a lack of straight forward communication on these boards from Bioware, considering the scope of this controversy. They are slitting their own throats by staying silent.

And I don't buy for a moment that they are waiting for the Asian release date to come and go. I'm sure that enough people from Asia haunt these boards and surf the web. Plenty of them know the deal.

It was just over 6,000 some 10 hrs ago when I made my donation. That's over 20k in just under 10 hrs....wow....

Anytime a developer drops a crap ending it may very well come to be to known as "pulling a Mass Effect".
