But I wanted to add my support to this thread and do my bit to "hold the line."
Bioware, you blew it; 'fess up, we won't hold any grudges as long as you give us the endings you promised. But denial is not helping.
Maybe we just have to help you go through the "Five Stages" or something but the sooner you admit the problem the sooner you can start fixing it.
Until then, this particular cash cow has just dried up. No more money from me for any Bioware product.

He literally can't say anything bad about the game or he could lose his job, not even a hint.
And that's about the only slack I will cut him on this matter.

Well that settles it...Bioware is done for me....
One can only take soo much crap and slap to the face and this '' middle-finger'' won't be taken lightly...
I wish them goodluck with their Drones and sheeps who will buy any product with their name on it....

This thread inspired me to hold line, so I made this picture. As long as it makes at least one other person laugh I did my good deed for the day. Linky - shdws824.deviantart.com/#/d4sspih
I posted that on 4 facebook walls.

BIOWARE KNOWS YOUR EVERY MOVE!! THEY HAVE ASSUMED CONTROL!
Your kidding right? Wow, this has to be in response to the ME3 stuff. It's just too coincidental not to be. Maybe they were planning something like this before, but it wouldn't surprise me if they moved the launch date up a notch from all the controversy.

But Bioware had better get off their asses and address this issue most rikki-tik, or things will only spiral faster down the shi**er.
There is no excuse for a lack of straight forward communication on these boards from Bioware, considering the scope of this controversy. They are slitting their own throats by staying silent.
And I don't buy for a moment that they are waiting for the Asian release date to come and go. I'm sure that enough people from Asia haunt these boards and surf the web. Plenty of them know the deal.

Guys calm down relax, this is not an answer, he evaded the question in the most subtle way. This means NOTHING. Look at all the good we have done in our movement, the recognition were getting and effect we have had on bioware so far. Plus we have raised $27,000 for our cause. http://retakemasseff...ct-childs-play. Dont back down, hold the line. We can do this.
HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!
It was just over 6,000 some 10 hrs ago when I made my donation. That's over 20k in just under 10 hrs....wow....

How closely do you keep track of the fan reaction when it comes to that kind of stuff?
Oh, we pay very close attention to it. It’s very important to us and
we will always listen to feedback, interpret it and try and do the right
thing by our fans. That’s why if you look at Mass Effect 2 we
knew that people wanted to spend more time with a character like Liara,
and so we created an ongoing storyline with her as part of the comics
and then built it into the DLC stuff, and we’re always listening to
fans. We have some really great multiplayer content and some really
great single-player content coming over the air, and their feedback will
become part of how we design that.

So there, I doubt things are that dramatic.

I still don't understand the sheer hate towards the endings - most of the posts I come across are just "the ending sucked". I understand that the conversation with the catalyst could have had more to it and that it was odd that the Normandy had your squad on board and weren't even in the Sol system, but otherwise I was still satisfied by the whole thing. I'm clearly missing something, and I'm finding it very difficult to find a post that explains exactly what was wrong beyond the simple statements that keep getting repeated. :/

Those are just a couple of quickies. There are walls of text posts that get into a hell of a lot more detail.

Anytime a developer drops a crap ending it may very well come to be to known as "pulling a Mass Effect".
