Sure, having a few minor things being open to interpretation is fine, but not the state of... hell, pretty much everything. What happens to the Normandy crew? Who knows. Shep? Who knows. My Shep's LI, Miranda? Who knows. Progress of civilization from this point on? Who freaking knows.
I don't know anything! I want closure! DA:O style closure, man. Tell me what's going on. Why don't you get it?

Does anyone know how many stamps I have to put on a letter to Canada from the US? I want to send this to them via snail mail. Thanks.

Fantastic Nero-reference, comrade!
my own reaction was from Scrubs here:
My SWtoR account is down, NO more money from me.
Makes us two, at least.

To him, that's part of what's exciting? I think for many of us it's part of what sucks. I wanted closure, not "Mystery!" and "Interpretations!" =/

yeah if this is the end of Shepard's story as he said what exactly happened and what good did he do in the first place?

Honestly, I wouldn't have minded if there was only one ending, and if the final result couldn't actually be changed very aestetically by your actions. If and only if it weren't so goddamned awful.

That is one of the best weapons we have. EA invested a lot of money in that game assuming people would pay for it every month if the number of people paying drops Ea will notice. Just wehn you canel then send a letter or an Email to EA telling them why you did it so they will know and put pressure on Bioware to fix the ending.

Just did this, and I even said the reason for my canceling was because of the ME3 ending and the day 1 DLC BS which i was completely against in the first place but gave it a chance. The ending though...just pushed me over the edge and Bioware's lack of care of the situation does NOT help.

I don't think he actually understands what we're talking about...we aren't debating, we're trying to make sense of the non-sensical. This just proves that they aren't listening at the moment...
He's payed to say what he is saying. If they were prepared to come clean they would talk about it in full not some transparent PR speak spin.
The fact is due to the media attention Bioware 'had' to say something before they were ready to.
And the only thing they can serve up is this PR spin because they still aren't ready to own up to the poorly designed/implemented ending they provided.

Shepherd should have Zidane'd the crap out of StarChild.
Also I'd like to point out, that the only thing that has really come of the game endings for me now, is a new hate for anything either red green or blue and annoying, ultimatium-giving gobby little ghost children.

I was very wound up at the end when the Normandy crew were stranded on some random planet left to die. It didnt seem right... or complete in my heart and that really upset me. I got the best ending possible and i was still very angry by what i experienced. It feels like Casey and the rest of bioware just doomed us all by sticking there middle fingers up at the world of mass effect , telling us to get on with it when this game is a big part of our lives. This game taught me to be a better person an im deeply upset that i did not find any closure.
Just gunna read some fan fic endings and get drunk like ash and tali to sooth the pain from now on... good going bioware i hope your all damn happy !

Does the response from Casey sound like somebody just putting their fingers in their ears while saying "Lalalalalala not listening llalalalalal"?
Alsoif thats truly how he feels about it then ME3 will be the last Bioware game I purchase.
That was Bioware's tactic for the DA2 backlash, so it's not surprising.

I mean I'm totally cool with Shepard' death (when I started ME3 i was totally prepared and almost sure this is going to happen...), I don't even care if any crewmembers die (except the two who walks out the Normandy in the end of course), but please BW, at least show me the bodies or something. WHAT happened?? And I liked the idea of destroying the relays, but what the ******* happened to the other races? Will they be floating around planet Earth as a lot of debrish or what?
In conclusion, I liked the ideas (however compared to the series, 3 slightly different endings, well, lets just say disenchatning...) and I get it you wanted to create something people will remember and talk about for a long time. But I think this is simply not the way...
(Sry for any linguistic mistakes/bad english, I'm writing from Hungary.)
P.S.: I still love the trilogy and I'm not trying to beat down such a big company like EA with "not buying anything from them" or "selling my ME collection", just to force them to make a new ending or something. But it's sure there comes a LONG time I'll be VERY careful with anything released by them.

I bet no one in this thread liked the ending to Inception either...
Nah, I like it, even if it took a bit of time to understand. The entirety of Inception was a mind screw, so ending on a mindscrew was very fitting.
