Hitler was pretty unforgettable. It's an extreme example, but I think everyone get's my point. Caligula. Benedict Arnold. Osama bin Laden. Being remembered isn't necessarily a good thing. In fact, it's pointless without being remembered for the right reasons. And right now, everyone knows about ME3 for all the wrong ones.

Did you...did you really just compare the director for a video game to some of the worst mass murderers, turncoats, and psychopaths history has to offer?

I mean, I hate the endings too, but dude...just...dude...

He's making a philosophical point. Being remembered has no inherent positive or negative value. Why not just make a good ending instead of a controversial one? It's silly.

Invoking Godwin's Law is not a trump card and instead makes for a very poor arguement.

All that matters is that Godwin's Law still applies!

Sounds like an acute case of:
Fingers in ears, singing "La la la la", wishing the customers will go away!

That's exactly what it sounds like - and I have a feeling he'll get exactly that.

Of course, mabye Casey is the Starchild?  Left to their own devices, video game companies will turn against their customers, so he's got a solution to destroy the company before it can do that?
