Dismiss the claims long and hard enough and they will resolve themselves.

Artistic my fat krogan ass, it strikes me as arrogant, pretentious, and dripping with delusions of grandeur.

Ya know what? HOLD THE LINE.
Casey, you wanna play "The ending is perfect", great.
Because you're losing money every second you continue to dig yourself into this hole.
This.
Hold the line!

Totally unrelated, but how do you get an avatar of your custom Shepard?
It's a rather involved process that is basically a hack and is only tolerated because nobody has abused it horribly yet. I don't know if it still works even, but there are blogs on the BSN detailing it if you google search.

I think (and hope) he was just circumventing the question. If he truly believe this then Bioware is lost.

Hold. The. Line. We must go above him. We must hit them where it hurts- the wallet. Refuse to buy DLC unless it adds an ending.
WE WILL HOLD THE LINE OR DIE.

Polarizing? The only polarizing debate I've seen is whether or not the ending is a hallucination. Almost everyone agreed that the ending, as is, sucked hard.
Wellllll.... a few like it. But I think that is a small minority, being generous, I'll say 10%. Probably less. That means the other 90% are varying from "huh?" to "That was... dissapointing." (what i would consider the majority) to "@#$%*!!!!"
Not a good way to have a sizable chunk of your customers.

He clearly has no clue how people feel about it, or he just doesn't.
I don't know about the rest of you, but till they fix this, I think ill be playing my Bioware games...for free.

Apparently abstract and nonsequitor, is apparently synonymous with artistic and memorable, especially coupled with a metatextual grandpa.

You know what, bugger that, I'm still holding the line. Who gives a crap if they planned this from the start, I will hold them accountable for the ending that they promised us and served as a major motivation to buy their product.
I will not allow them to get away with this lie, this breach of trust.
I will not allow them to abuse me, us, like this, and remain silent.
I will hold the line.

Actually, plenty of people are debating what they think happened. There are a ton of theories all over this site and other less hostile sites.rorako wrote...
I don't think he actually understands what we're talking about...we aren't debating, we're trying to make sense of the non-sensical. This just proves that they aren't listening at the moment...

I told you they aren't going to own up.
Own up to what? They wrote the ending they wanted to write and clearly have some sort of DLC plan that may explain what happened in greater detail. Just because you and others don't like the ending doesn't mean they need to own up to anyhing. There are plenty of people who like the endings.

It seems BioWare has adopted the turian Councilor's policies in regards to the ending controversy.
Dismiss the claims long and hard enough and they will resolve themselves.
And how'd that work out for the Councilor?
