The donations are merely a demonstration of discontent - not leverage for the actual position.granyte wrote...
that is just astonishing i hope there is a way to expres a request that no EA games should be bought with this money unless the endings are fixed
Also, 61k!

lol.
I am a proud supporter of this and it is amazing to see the mass effect community come together for a cause and give to those awesome children that will benifit from our efforts. Even if we lose this battle, we have already won for the charity.

If the people who like the Retake ME3 Facebook page or the people who voted in the polls to show discontent with the endings would just donate $10 each we could easily be looking at $300,000 or more. Please do you part, I put my $10 in what is holding you back?
If we could at least get over $100,000 that would be an amazing accomplishment.

I... wow. I donated back when it was below 10k. Never thought it would go that high, almost makes me want to donate again.
Just... wow. Incredibly honoured to be part of this, regardless of the outcome.
Holding the line.

Keep up the good work!
Depending on how Bioware addresses this, it will be nice to know my last memory of a company I once loved will be that I was a part of doing something meaningful with all this.

I'm hoping we can reach $100,000. Sure, the donations are not coming in as fast as they used to, but $100,000 is a worthy and reasonable goal.
