I was playing ME3 Multiplayer on the 11th, during that time I decided to buy a pack.  A friend sent me a friend request and the game said it could not find content.  I joined my friend and went back to the area to claim my pack.  When this happened it deleted all the items I had already bought.  It kept my levels, but took all non-human characters, all weapons, and equipment.  I am out $20 from buying multiple packs is there a way I can get the packs back I paid for.  I called EA support and they said it a Playstation Store problem and they should reimburse me.  I called Playstation Network and they said its EAs problem and they should reimburse me.  Now I am in a funnel any way I can get my $20 worth of items back?
