First thing is the game froze for me on two separate missions. First mission is the one where you meet up with Jacob when entering the facility after killing the cerberus troops on the landing area. Second one was the N7 mission Fuel Cells.
Next problem is that the game automatically the default N7 helmet on you for the quarian Priority mission. It did not come off in the cutscene when speaking with Joker while on the Normandy when it should have. Again helmet problems not coming off during cutscenes or conversations.
This problem ties into when I went to the N7 mission instead of having a biotic amp visor for my shepard it forced me into the default N7 breather helmet when it should have defaulted back to the visor that I keep on to enhance my shepards powers since she's an Adept.

I've been having multipul freeze ups to the point where I have to restart the system. Its in random spots but seems to mostly happen when loading spinner starts going. My daughter has also had multipul similar freeze ups in both single player and multiplayer game. She gets cheated out of her rewards for the multiplayer, and it makes it hard for my son and myself, when we hit the 10th wave and she's there one minute then BOOM, she's gone, seems to happen at the worst time, she noticed that it seems to occur when there are a large number of enemies on the screen, i've gotten a lot of video lag, like the mission where you rescue jacob and all the cerb guys swarm out of the bay doors to stop you, it really lagged down there. Did you guys at Bioware QC this game? I really like the game but the freeze ups and i'm guessing overheating the graphics or the processor?

Yeah I've been booted out of the game at the most inopportune time. Sometimes my net connection just drops or the EA servers just drop me. But it's horrible for the MP part of the game.

the game freezes a lot, you are not alone. i can't even use the shooting range when i have disc 2 in. freezes every time i enter
