Also, thank you, Mr. Woo, for adding the Bioware tag to the thread; makes it a lot eeasier for people to find.
Alpha, you're so win I would lose just to see you win, except I can't. Because, you see, you win.
No, you're so win!

Shameless bumping with no discussion is considered spam hereabouts. Please cut it out.
It's a worthwhile read. I can understand your point, but why rehash what the original author did so well?
That being said, I hope a certain IGN employee sees this. Man what an ass he was.

If your bosses stopped ignoring their fan base then we wouldn't need to bump anything. We deserve a comment on what happens next.
We deserve? lol don't include me nor the other 3,489,999 Mass Effect Fans

Addign 3 more months to release and gettign in what BW watned to do I bet this game ranks 9.5+ from all.
That said, that article is great and it nice to see a gaming site have the balls to write it unlike IGN

The only reason you want us to cut it out is because its right and points out even deeper flaws in the so called artistic ending
Disagree with Woo all you want, disagree with the endings all you want (I know I hate the endings), but there are still community rules. Woo's job is to enforce those rules. A reply like,
"/bump"
is considered spam by the ToS that we all agree to when signing up. The only thing attacking Woo will do is get this topic shut down. Please be respectful.

Wait, so you don't think you deserve a say?
Good call there, buddy.

See, this guy understands the points. We're not a bunch of screaming, logicless kids who feel we're entitled to the right to change a story. We -were- a bunch of trusting, faithful fans who were completely LIED to and had the entire belief system in this game we followed for 5 years shredded before us and had the charred remains crammed down our throat, then had a sandy pile of 'download future DLC' kicked in our eyes.
Yeah you know, Bioware has bumbled stuff in Dragon Age alot. I was pretty dissatisifed with the Awakening expansion, especially with the fact my party members, all of which I'd grown to know and love over the course of Origins, were absent. Even though the ending had Zevran, Lelianna, Shale and Alistair at least still adventuring with me. The expansion seemed more worried about inviting in new players, seeming to encourage just starting a new character over importing your old one. Then I was even more bitter about DA2 not having any of those characters, including my Warden in it. I decided to get it after playing the demo, cause I can't ignore even an average fantasy game, and even though it's not anywhere near as good as Origins it still grew on me and I enjoy it for what it is.
But, I figured, even Bioware's worst is better than many studios best. And Dragon Age is kind of the B team. After how phenomenal Mass Effect 2 was I knew I could always count on Mass Effect to be great. I pre-ordered the special edition of ME3, I got me a N7 hoodie, and the first two days I played it were bliss. I knew it couldn't be anything but awesome.
Then I started to hear grumblings about the ending. Well, I thought, fans are fans. Fans always complain. It can't be that bad, and even if it's a little lame so what. The game's still great.
Then I saw the endings myself.
That's where I draw the line. I can't abide by such incompetence. Especially with such a beloved and otherwise fantastic game series.

Yes, I think we do deserve some kind of answer, be it that nothing will change, or something is coming...anything is better than silence. Even financial-centric magazines are pointing out the liabilities business-wise of giving your customers the cold shoulder. Right or wrong, we do deserve some response.
