Shameless bumping with no discussion is considered spam hereabouts. Please cut it out.
Did you want to chime in on any of that article Stanley? Some good points made in there... ones that are hard to counter at face value...

Bleh he could have locked the thread or any if he wanted. What is so hard at writing a few words? Anything just not '/bump'. People are stupid really, it is so easy to bump a thread without being obvious.Esquin wrote...

If your bosses stopped ignoring their fan base then we wouldn't need to bump anything. We deserve a comment on what happens next.

I apologize that there are some being negative. I understand you're in a difficult position, attempting to keep the peace here while making sure the rules are followed.
With how fast the board is moving, however, I think bumps should be okay - keeping this thread near the top will (hopefully) keep others from posting it as well. One bumped thread serves for a nicer looking forum than multiple ones.
That aside, it really IS a good read, considering how many people think our issue is with Shepard dying (here's looking at you, Kotaku...).

This is what every site SHOULD do, whether for or against, at least research and understand. Not like IGN and that **** of Colin did.

I'm glad to see more and more articles supporting the consumers instead of insulting them. It's nice to see not everyone bows to the game companies. I'm actually really surprised that the media is taking a stance that the endings are a mistake.

Actually, quite a few gaming publications are calling us "whining" and "entitled" fans, telling us that it isn't a democracy and it isn't our place to say the game needs changing.
I've got huge respect for Gamefront now. Put aside the supporting article - they didn't lower themselves to berate the very people that read their stuff.

Too bad we cant get sites to read this article...or maybe, I dont know, PLAY THE GAME, and re-write their scathing remarks.

But seriously, very well said. I hadn't been able to articulate all the themes that were abandoned in the "ending." I actually feel a bit of the lethargy the "ending" inflicted on me lifting.
