Went to Tuchanka and completed Grunt's loyalty mission. Had talked to the scout chief before the Grunt mission and when I went back to do the Mordin loyalty mission, couldn't find any hotspot to activate the truck. Also picked up the Mechanic's side mission.

Any fix for this bug or must I start the planet visit from before the Grunt mission?

Talk to the scout again, there is no hotspot on the actual truck.
