Hey, I use the same email for my xbox 360 gametag, but the forums still won't acknowledge my ownership of the games I have saved on there, including the recently released Mass Effect 3. Can anyone tell me how I can get this account to at least acknowledge I own the game?

No one in HERE. This is a GAME forum, originally set up for gamer to gamer self help. Gamers who had NOTHING at all to do with Accounts on any web site. Almost all of them are gone now. You are off topic here. Official Support is on the EA Help pages, and only EA handles account problems.
