I have the same problem. Using Windows XP. Not sure if I will have this problem on Win 7, but I don't know. Or was it not meant to appear int he med-bay?

I'm using Windows 7 and I'm still wondering why you can't reset javiks powers, Makes no sense to me since you can use him as a squad mate.
