Title says it all. After a game ended, the endgame results showed up with the "Welcome the the N7 Elite" Message over it and the Redeemable Starter Pack and Battlefield Soldier. And after I exited the lobby to get rid of the screen that was over it, I had none of my characters or weapons except for the ones that you start off with. All I have is the Quarian Engineer that I was using the previous game and the starting characters.
I spent a rather good sum in Bioware points to attempt to unlock a character early too..... so.....uh..... yeah, this sucks.....

that was the exact same thing that happend to me here: http://social.biowar.../index/9703044/

Well, the part about the "Starter pack" screen popping up, reedeming it, and losing all items and characters, as well as my 800 bioware points.

By any chance, right before the "Starter pack" screen popped up, did you get a message saying that your connection to EA was disconnected?

I got that disconnect after coming out of multiplayer and going back to the main screen.

Correct. And no, the representative tried to pass it off as misunderstanding the situation as "gameply problems that we really can't help with, refer to game guides for help." I then told them to refer to the forums where many people are having the same issue. They replied with a link to EA general forums and trying to close the ticket. I then said "I lost points, this is not a gameplay issue, it's a bug" and THAT is when they stopped feigning ignorance and assured me that their team is working on it and to please be patient and that others are having the same issue.
When I asked for an ETA they told me no eta and just sit tight. Well, there's another thread on this forum where people who lost over $50 in bioware points are a week out and still no resolution.

I'm so pissed at EA that I canceled my brand new SW:TOR account and refunded the second copy I was going to give to my buddy. I'm done with EA and will refuse to support any more of their games.
