Kai Leng I guess? I kept him suppressed with my Revenant with Disruptor ammo, then took out the old Black Widow to OSOK or close to the additional troops. Good thing Liara was with me to stasis the Phantoms. EDI's overload worked a charm. Took me a few goes, but easy enough once I worked out a strategy.
Banshee and Brutes on Horizon? Black Widow/Warp/Adrenalin Rush/Frag Grenade let me take down Brutes easily as I moved around the room. Had Garrus and Liara run around holding the Banshee's attention. She went down easy after that.
Three Atlases on Cerberus HQ? Shot out the cockpit of one with the ol' Black Widow. Then hijacked it all but kill the second. Finished it off with the Black Widow, then took the third one down at leisure.
Definitely found it easier than ME2 (especially the two tricky fights on ME2- Collector ship ambush, final room on Horizon with two scions). Played on Insanity.
Thoughts?

I find the toughest fight to be the last fight. Tis bad enough dodging Banshees and Marauders, the freaking Reaper is also firing down the road where the missle controls are. I usually let the enemy pick their target, if the Banshees are on me, I will pull them away from my team and have my team dance the marauders, otherwise I will take the Marauders and they dance the banshees. Just make sure to revive them as soon as they drop. Dont let the Banshees and Marauders both target you, very very bad when that happens.
The Atlas in Cerberus HQ can be easily dealt with by:
1. Killing the pilots as they jump down but you dont need a widow, just some biotic to keep them suspended would do. Then you can hijack the Atlas before they can get to it.
Kai Leng I find it to be... weak, same as the Phantoms. They like kung-fu dancing too much. Just remember to roll to the side when they get close enough to dance and they are basically glorified target dummies. If only Kai Leng would have brought a real weapon; GUN to a gun fight. Bringing a butter knife to a gun fight is asking to be tortured.
It is easier than ME2 insanity for sure because
1. Not all enemies are protected and they can be taken out with Biotics easily.
2. Shepard is like 10x more agile in ME3.

See, the ending fight wasn't that tough for me. There's a missile launcher in one of the buildings but I'd already used it to one shot one of the Banshees from the first wave.
The last wave- I dunno, focussing fire on one of the Banshees took it down to armor quickly enough, and then it was Warp/Frag Grenade/Carnage/Black Widow shots. By the time the Marauders arrived there was only one Banshee. Had Garrus and Liara tango with that while I took down Marauders. Stasis then two headshots did the job. Ran to the launch controls under Adrenalin Rush. Didn't cause me all that much frustration, honestly.
