In the mission, named Citadel: The Return, I am in the red hallway with all the dead bodies and keepers. I'm supposed to wander to the end, and the door should open automatically.

(I saw others playing this mission on Youtube when I couldn't figure out what to do, so that's how I know the door should open.)

I tried reloading, and i even went back to an earlier save file and restarted the whole "take back earth" mission. When I get to the red hallway, i walked straight to the doors, and they STILL wouldnt open!!!

Am I doing something wrong? Do i have to click/interact/press anything? What did i miss. Why wouldnt the door open?

Bumping this. I connected tech support, and they told me that since it's a "gameplay issue" to come here. I'm so close to the end, yet i cannot proceed. this is indeed a game-breaking glitch.
