The best way to describe this problem would be to say that the cinematic appears as if you're watching it through infrared goggles. Everything on the screen is very similar shades of dark blue, you can barely make out any figures/objects, except for bullets and lasers which appear bright red and fuzzy.  Eventually the cinematic returns to its true color palette, but it is still quite bothersome that a decent-sized portion of it is messed up.  The cinematic is not supposed to be like this, is it? Any clips that I've seen online do not have this color scheme during that part; they just appear as normal cinematics.

I just had the same glitch, and earlier today I saw it on the IGN spoiler talk. Not sure what to make of it, clearly it's not something wrong with the disc.
