ME3 Registration Problem

Every time I try to register ME3, it says I don't own it. My profile says I've got an Origin account when I am not a PC gamer. I apparently don't have the option to add my gamertag for some idiotic reason. Another problem is that my BSN account (I just realized by making a BioWare account, I also made an EA account) is a different e-mail from my gamertag. This means that I apparently have an EA account under the email for my gamertag but the problem is that I can't seem to sign into my EA account.

So how do I register this thing? It is really starting to ****** me off
