 EDI, ironically enough is the most well rounded female character of them all.  She has a sense of humor, sense of duty, sense of self discovery, conflicts of what is right and wrong, and learning to discover love and relationships for the first time, even a literal transformation of herself.  Although I believe her and Joker is a perfect matching, I'd still pick her over any of the other one note fem companions in the game.  Liara's paranoia, Ashley's duty...... honestly, saddens me that Miranda or Jack weren't series long romances, they seemed to have far more depth.

Actually, there would be an interesting DLC. Not only add the romance with EDI, but also have a line of missions specific to her and her creation.

No EDI belongs with (oops no spoilers). Stealing her would be wrong, and for that matter she is an AI and not really a person in a sense. Still not counting that last part no I would not.

lol, would be sure interesting. i mean, lots of guys in the game made remarks about her looks. even kaiden.
can you also imagine the responds of others when they see you with a robot, when you are actually about to kill the reapers.

but yeah, she is actually more jokers girlfriend. but a fight between shepard and joker would be amusing in some way.

Options! Not that she could compete w/ Tali, Ash, Liara, or some MIA NPC's, but Shepard would approve.... provided it was a hose Joker playthrough. Renegade Shep options are rough ... actually discourages EDI from pursuing Joker,

No because if anybody deserves her, it would be Joker. She's not just an AI she's the personification of something Joker loves as much as Scotty loved the enterprise, his ship.

Her reply would be, "Shepard, told me you liked experienced women, and is breaking me in as the Commander calls it." Then as a tear falls from his left eye a sinister smirk is seen on my lips.

Just kidding..... if there was the option, I'd probably do it though for curiosity, EDI is a babe, well rounded character too, equivalent to Miranda or Jack. But I do think she and Joker are perfect together, he loved EDI before he even knew EDI because he loved ships

With Renegade Shep I kind of wish there was an option to C-block Joker and take EDI for yourself.

No she likes Jeff . I could have gone for Samantha (love the accent) but once Tali showed up with her "Still totally worth it line" it just felt right again.

Based on what I saw in ME3 I don't see that much reason to go with the characters who romanced Miranda and Jack.

That would be the hard part but I might have done it with a renegade character if she was romanceable by both male and females, just to see the backlash! I would feel mean though - poor Joker.
