I LOL'ed hard at this; while Battlestar Galactica was on tv, I couldn't remember Tricia Helfer character's name in a conversation with a friend once and I referred to her as 'you know, the hot cylon.  The Sexbot 2000".  Lo and behold, she shows up on ME3 as a...well, sexbot. 

Out of deference for Joker, no I woulnd't romance her.  

But that wouldn't stop me from being cyborg-curious.
